Steps to Create a Questionnaire:

  1. Navigate to Risk Management or Business Resiliency.
  2. Click "Questionnaire" and select "Create Questionnaire."
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    AI-Generated Questionnaire – Automatically generate questions based on the selected asset and assessment objective.
    Manual Questionnaire – Define custom sections and questions as per business requirements.
  4. Add or review sections, assign weightages, and set scoring logic for evaluation.
  5. Click Publish to finalize the questionnaire for assessments.

Example Use Cases:

1. A cybersecurity team creates a Vendor Risk Assessment Questionnaire to evaluate third-party security controls before onboarding.
